The Pennsylvania Barge Club is a 501C-3 charitable organization, and is guided from By-Laws adopted and approved by the Board of Directors.  The Board meets every month except August, and discusses all matters related to the Club’s mission, including membership matters, financial results, investment performance, on-going facility projects and the Captain’s Report of equipment and rowing operations.  The Club’s financial statements are audited annually.  Directors and Officers are nominated and elected by the Board.
